Fun in the sun

Centennial Parklands Sports Centre strongly recommends all participants wear hats and appropriate sun protection clothing. We encourage our visitors to take regular breaks and enjoy the shade from our beautiful fig trees. Our school holiday tennis camps have a “No hat, no play” policy.

Before you go on the court remember the five keys to sun protection:

  • Apply SPF30+ broad spectrum water resistant sunscreen every two hours
  • Seek shade regularly
  • Wear sun protective clothing
  • Put on a broad-brimmed hat that shades your face, neck and ears
  • Wear Sunglasses

Sunscreen is available at the Centennial Parklands Sports Centre Office.

Centennial Parklands Sports Centre supports Cancer Council NSW sun protection initiatives.
